Sales Manager – Germany and Western Europe



  • Map out the market to identify relevant prospects

  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets

  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that acquires new customers and build strong market presence

  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status


  • BS/MS degree in business administration / engineering or a related field

  • Familiarity with the high-power kW laser market and customers

  • Successful previous experience of at least 5 years in sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

  • Strong business sense and industry expertise

  • Familiarity with the metal processing applications/markets – Job shops, Industrial corporates, Automotive & its supply chain, Aerospace, etc….

  • Experience managing and directing a sales and technical support teams.

  • Experience in account management and customer support

  • excellent communication skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Full command of English/German
