SALES MANAGER
Sales Manager – Germany and Western Europe
Responsibilities
Map out the market to identify relevant prospects
Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
Achieve growth and hit sales targets
Design and implement a strategic business plan that acquires new customers and build strong market presence
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Requirements
BS/MS degree in business administration / engineering or a related field
Familiarity with the high-power kW laser market and customers
Successful previous experience of at least 5 years in sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Familiarity with the metal processing applications/markets – Job shops, Industrial corporates, Automotive & its supply chain, Aerospace, etc….
Experience managing and directing a sales and technical support teams.
Experience in account management and customer support

Full command of English/German
