The Civan Lasers team provides comprehensive support to customers in solving their welding challenges from start to finish. The company offers services including the development of welding parameters for the Dynamic Beam Laser, evaluation of weld quality and performance, and, in collaboration with partners, the delivery of turnkey welding cell solutions.
APPLICATIONS LABS
Civan Lasers operates application labs worldwide, offering a wide range of configurations and laser power levels. These labs are led by a team of laser welding process development experts who are committed to helping customers identify the optimal parameters and procedures for their unique challenges.
The labs are equipped to handle a variety of part sizes, from small coupons measuring 10 x 20 cm to large-scale components as big as 3 x 2 m. With laser power levels capable of welding thicknesses up to 50 mm, our facilities are designed to accommodate diverse welding needs.
Our application labs feature an extensive variety of configurations, including robotic arms, gantry systems, galvo scanners, high-speed cameras, seam tracking, and wire feeders. This broad range of capabilities enables us to effectively evaluate and determine the best solutions for each specific application.
Located either at our facilities or in partnership with trusted collaborators, our global labs provide customers with the opportunity to witness laser capabilities firsthand. They can observe demonstrations of processes developed by our expert team and gain valuable insights into the potential of Dynamic Beam Laser technology.
WELDING CELLS
Civan Lasers offers Dynamic Beam Lasers (DBL), which are typically integrated into machines for specific applications. The DBL features standard interfaces that can be integrated either by the customer or, if preferred, by one of our trusted partners.
The Dynamic Beam Laser is compatible with standard sensors and beam delivery equipment, including seam trackers and galvo scanners. Integration can be performed by the customer, by one of our partner companies, or by any system integrator of the customer's choice. Civan Lasers is flexible and fully capable of collaborating with any system integrator selected by the customer to ensure a seamless integration process.
In collaboration with our global network of system integrator partners, Civan Lasers can provide turnkey solutions tailored to customer needs. The selection of the integration partner is made in close consultation with the customer, taking into account the specific application, budget, and location requirements.
